Starting F1 a week later than her peers, hAnA is now officially a student of KYS Melaka. Arriving 10minutes earlier before stated registration time of 9AM, the process was rather quick helped in part by her bubbly CS as we were done by around 9.50AM as not many students had the same sponsors as hAnA. Most in the queue were either sponsored by Axiata or Khazanah Foundation or were self-sponsored students.
I was amused when the locker position would depend on the seniority I.e. F1 takes the bottom locker, F2...middle locker and F3....top locker. After registration, off to the hall for a 2-hour+ briefing session. Then, we proceeded to the dorm led by her CS.
As for now only the respective student's class had been allotted. House allotment of either Rahman(Blue), Razak or Hussin would be done in a week's time when the respective student would be invited to join the respective house in a special ceremony.
Hopefully, she can make the college chess team either this year or latest by next year in addition to taking up archery and perhaps debate or public speaking.
