Finally, after some "interesting" postings re WYCC2014 on FIDE's website (Read HERE ) the Official WYCC2014 Invitation have been Issued by the South African Federation to All Players/Federations.
Will write to MCF for their endorsement and hopefully the Official Letters can be Issued soon for Planning, Budget/Sponsorship purposes.
Now need to look for alternatives in SA.
