Restarting the kids session after a 2months hiatus. The physical conditioning will be good for their general well being as well as academic and co-curricular activities.
.......and as expected Coach asks them to start training with 10laps around the hall, WaQAQA!
Mental Note: Need to get new rackets or restring old rackets.
PS: Still mulling when to restart Tae Kwan Do.
